NOVEMBER 2008 Lunch Meeting
HOME TOWN BUFFET, Chesterfield, MO

The regularly scheduled November lunch for Mac's Old Team was held on the 12th at the Home Town Buffet in Chesterfield. As usual the food was plentiful and good. The fellowship was even better. Hal Mantz, Clarence Trachsel, Ron Mueller, Simos reappeared after a long absence. Good to see you again. Bob Rippe and Ric Silverstein joined us for the first time. Hope you had fun and will be back.

Bill Briggs presented a commemorative pin celebrating the 50th anniversary of the forming of NASA. Glen Bowers is the proud owner of the pin.
The usual assortment of door prizes were won by Dick Ampleman, Carl Baggett, Glen Bowers (again), Lorraine Briggs, Clay Flynn, Merle Flickenger, Bob Graham, Bo Hill, Bob Hotze, and John Hrenak.

We have a number of teammates on the sick list. Bob Heide, Jim Blanton, Joe Trammel, Richard Vieth, Russ Ramberger, Harry Tripp are some that we know of. Look in on your friends.

There is no regular lunch in December but we will meet with several other retiree groups on Wed 3 Dec. See the website for further info. If you want to go Norm Beckel needs your reservation by 19 November.

If we don't see you in Dec have a very blessed Christmas and look forward to another year of meeting for lunch.
